Egyptian Premier League outfit Arab Contractors have finalized the loan signing of Nigerian midfielder Moruf Yusuf from Zamalek.
The Arab Contractors announced that they had reached an agreement with Zamalek to sign the Nigerian midfielder on a season-long loan.
After getting excluded from Zamalek’s squad this season, Yousef has received offers to join Al-Masry, Tunisia’s CS Sfaxein and Iraqi club El-Shorta, where he spent last season on loan.
However, the 26-year-old opted to join Emad El-Nahas’ team, becoming their eighth summer signing.
It is worth mentioning that Moruf Yusuf joined Zamalek in 2014 and was considered one of the important elements that won the Whites their last league title in 2014/2015.
Yusuf also won three Egypt Cup titles with Zamalek and overall made 133 appearances for the club.
