Moses Simon Sign Four Year Deal With FC Nantes

FC Nantes has exercised the purchase option from the Spanish Levante Unión Deportiva (La Liga) club for the definitive transfer of Super Eagles forward Moses Simon.

Simon was initially loaned to Nantes this season, but will now play for the French team until 2024.

The former Ajax and Levante forward has been instrumental throughout this season. Moses has been the most prolific offensive player scoring nine goals and eight assists in all competitions.

Moses Simon quickly adapted to French football, causing a lot of damage in the opposing defenses!

Fast, punchy and technical, he quickly proved to be a key personnel in the left lane of the Nantes attack but also as a center-forward.

Stirring and very skilful in front of the goal, Simon has turned out to be a real offensive solution for Nantes coach Christian Gourcuff.

As comfortable with the right foot as the left foot, Moses Simon has played 30 matches this season for Nantes, and has become a crowd favorite in his debut season.

They have also greatly appreciated the performances delivered by the Nigerian international (30 caps) as he was voted, “The Canary of the season” that is Player of the season with more than 40% of the votes!
